Yvonne founded Empowered AI Solutions after leading AI and automation modernization at Headquarters Marine Corps in the Pentagon — including the Marine Corps’ first AI-enabled financial modernization pilot, aimed at roughly $5B in failing transactions and 25,000+ hours of manual corrections a year. As an AI Phantom Fellow, Yvonne built the forecasting methodology now used every month for the Marine Corps’ $18B manpower appropriation. At Empowered AI Solutions, Yvonne sets the company’s direction and leads AI strategy, education, and adoption for every client.

Alejandro brings 14+ years across the Navy, Marine Corps, and Space Force — from enlisted flight-deck operations on an aircraft carrier to leading generative AI integration for an 8,000-person Space Force organization: four AI tools deployed, 3,000+ licenses issued, 400+ Guardians trained, and the governance framework behind it. Before that, Alejandro managed a $1B+ space portfolio and defended its funding before congressional committees. At Empowered AI Solutions, Alejandro runs operations — planning, delivery, and keeping every engagement on time and on target.
Empowered AI Solutions began with Yvonne and Alejandro and a frustration they kept running into on the military side. Vendors and contractors rarely met the mark. Work came in late, over budget, or short of what was promised, and the mission paid for it.
They also saw what was missing: people with real technical expertise who perform at a high level and can explain their work clearly to anyone in the room.
